HSM and microscopy

Hot stage and ambient microscopy are critical tools used to support thermal analysis and confirm crystallinity during all solid form screening activities, confirming for example melt and glass transitions.  Valuable information is obtained to help guide crystallisation development where variation in crystal morphology is readily assessed vs the process applied and supports PSD evaluation for isolated solids.
