The majority of solid form screens are conducted in parallel equipment for increased efficiency whilst maintaining an eye for material behaviour that is often critical for enabling a successful screening operation. Scale of operation typically ranges from 0.1 to 5 ml solvent and from 5-50 mg of API dependent on the screen applied and availability of raw materials.
