Small scale jacketed vessels
All development reactions are run in 2-5L jacketed vessels that are similar in geometry, stirring and cooling to the large scale 50L vessels. Temperature data is recorded (TReaction and TJacket) and evaluated to demonstrate control of reaction exotherms prior to further scale up.
